1. Proposed title of this feature request

• Create an interactive banner for Kubernetes API deprecations and removals just before upgrade.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Before upgrade, we can create an extra banner or interactive page where we can mentioned changes in K8s api removals and deprecations. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• We have more than 200+ cases where we attached article where we inform/request customer to check about the changes in K8s api removals and deprecations at the time of upgrade. I believe this is high time now, to include this in our product that will be much eaiser for them to later investigate about these API if used by the them.
