Proposed title of this feature request:

Allow to install a hypershift (child) cluster with Calico as CNI

What is the nature and description of the request?
Allow a hypershift (child) cluster to be installed with a different cni then OVN.
Implement Calico support first. Make it easy to provide the necessary manifests for the cni installation.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We are want to fully migrate to Hypershift (baremetal mother clusters) and offload all the workload from Openstack as Hypervisor. It's very important for us to have Calico support because this is our primary choice of CNI.
