Show alert grouping on alerting console 

allow filter by group

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer recently upgrades to 4.12, and used the grouping functions to check on alerts. this is no longer visible in the alerting ui so they cannot filter by grouping.

alert groupings are unable to be seen easily without multiple commands. unable to filter by groups
