We have below request from the customer :
We would like to rise a RFE in order to be able to configure email notifications at Organization level instead of configuring them at repository level.
~~~
1. Proposed title of this feature request
Email notifications features
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We would like to send an email notification when a high/critical vulnerability is found. However, it is tedious to configure the notification in each repository.
Furthermore, when we push a new repository the notification is not created yet.
We would also like to edit a created notification and send it to more than one email recipients.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
In orther to speed up administrative tasks.
4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
For example, creating a notifications field global to all organizations which only superadmins can edit.
Or creating a notification field for each organization.
Add the edit option for notifications.
Add the possibility to send notifications to more than one email recipients.
5. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
Creating a unique vulnerability notification and whenever a image is pushed to any organization it will be triggered.
6. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL8, RHEL9)?
We'll need it to monitor productive environments.
7. Would the customer be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented?
Yes
