Currently, we don't allow customizing the webhook URL with additional parameters that Quay send along with the payload. The webhook URL is simply a URL to which Quay delivers the JSON that contains the notification information. In certain situations, adding user parameters could be beneficial, for instance to kick start a Gitlab pipeline more easily.
