jonathankingfc brought kuttl up on Slack. Following up on his suggestion, we want to add kuttl to the existing e2e setup on the quay-operator nightly workflow.

The motivation is not only to have an easy to use framework to aid us in writing operator focused tests, but also improve feedback on failures in the current workflow. If the current e2e setup fails, there is no helpful output directing us where the failure happened... we're left to guess, or run our own tests manually.
Thus this is an important step in having a useful e2e suite.

Let's also document the process of running the kuttl suite against any openshift cluster (outside github actions)
