    - When using Manual Update Strategy for the OpenShift Operator updates, need to receive notifications via email if there are new versions of any of the installed Operators available.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
    - Customer switched to Manual Update Strategy for the OpenShift operator updates as automatic approval of updates to some Operators brought breaking changes that were undocumented, and they struggled to cope with them. So when they are using a manual update strategy they need to receive notifications for the new version updates via email in the future version of OCP.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
    - Since there is no simple way of getting notified whenever new updates arrive, it slows down the process.
