Minor Proposed title of this feature request
Goal: Be able to Install OCP on Azure Bare Metal (This is required for OCP Virtualization).

Emirates NBD Bank PJSC is Dubai's government-owned bank and is one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East in terms of assets.
What is the nature and description of the request?
Emirates NBD is keen to get OpenShift support for Azure Baremetal. AWS Baremetal is already supported, however, there is no support for Azure Baremetal. The bank plans to implement OpenShift virtualization, therefore they cannot use ARO.
