1. Proposed title of this feature request: Add infrastructure/audit logs filtering to cluster logging operator.
2. What is the nature and description of the request? Increase efficiency of log collection 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) We are looking to reduce the number of logs generated/forwarded by trying to filter out what we will consider redundant or unnecessary. Today there is not a known, detailed way to target specific infrastructure or audit logs.
