The customer wants to have the functionality to be able to manage pipelines using comments on commits in github.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

At the moment, the ability to restart or cancel pipelines using GitOps is only possible in the comment field inside the pull request. We would like to add this functionality in comments on commits on github, so that with the commands: /retest, /cancel etc. we would be able to manage pipelines like comments inside pull requests.
