      mirror-registry binaries to allow a logic or sub-command to rotate the certificate in the mirror registry once it is expired.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      - Currently we don't have any logic which can automatically rotate the certificate in mirror registry  if certificate gets expired.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      - Currently we don't have any logic which can automatically rotate the certificate in mirror registry if certificate gets expired and this result in cert expiration which cause image pull issue on the cluster.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
