Description of problem:
Cannot make new Devfile as an option in Catalog
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.12.0
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Inside Dev Sandbox console navigate to Developer Catalog and via Add select Devfiles options 2. Observe there is selection of Basic Go, Basic Node.js snippets 3. Observe that there is no selection to import/add some custom entry into such catalog
Actual results:
No way to add my own Devfile into catalog
Expected results:
Some ability of adding custom Devfile into catalog without need to import from Git later
