What is the nature and description of the request?
Customers are in need of a verification notification that any loss of service from their end, triggering the deadman snitch alert, is resolved after internal configuration changes. This is to provide a second line of validation that the service, connectivity, and supportability has returned from the SRE side.
Currently, customers do not have a way to know that the issue is resolved outside of the lack of inbound alerts.
