What is the nature and description of the request?

When the the console to the nodes is extensively used. The projects related to the console are sometimes not properly closed, projects/namespace remains there and the number of them can grow to very high number. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The namespaces are accumulating in the environment and can cause issues later. It is also worth mentioning that it does not seem right to have hundreds  of namespaces that are not used any more.
