1. Proposed title of this feature request
Allow configuring tolerations in NodeFeatureDiscovery CR to allow nfd pods to be started on nodes with taints.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We can't configure tolerations in NodeFeatureDiscovery CR, so nfd pods can't be started on nodes with taints.
To allow nfd pods to be started on nodes with taints, we need to allow configuring tolerations in NodeFeatureDiscovery CR.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer needs to start nfd pods on all their worker nodes, however, some of the worker nodes have taints and nfd pods can't be started on those nodes without tolerations.
