Document that's possible to boot an OpenShift cluster without the requirement for an external DNS server

- document that it's required to specify an external DNS server when internet access is required

Set the DNS to the internal API server ip address or no DNS and wait till the cluster is booted and the node IP address is
added. Make sure that the cluster works correctly:
