      1. Proposed title of this feature request

The form experience while creating resource instances from Installed Operators Page should be similar to the form experience when creating a resource instance after searching the resource from the Search Page.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, when we install an operator which needs an instance to be created in the cluster, the form that is visible from the Installed Operators Page, has both Form and YAML views.

But when trying to create the same instance after searching it from the Search page, we see only the YAML view.

This is observed in many operators like Openshift Serverless, JBoss EAP, etc.

In the case of Openshift Serverless, the Create Knative Serving form that is launched from the Installed Operators page has both Form and YAML view, but when trying to create the Knative Serving instance from the Search Page in both perspectives, we currently see only the YAML view.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Better user experience as consistency will be maintained in all forms.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
