1. Proposed title of this feature request
externalLabels defined in cluster-monitoring-config to be visible in Alerts triggered in webconsole

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Alertmanger UI used to show externalLabels defined in cluster-monitoring-config configmap available in openshift-monitoring project.
Starting RHOCP 4.10, access to external UI has been removed and alerting can be viewed in webconsole but externalLabels are not applied to the alerts now.

It is proposed to incorporate the externalLabels to the alerts which are triggered.

Customer used to create tickets manually based on externalLabel which is completely blocked now.
