1.Proposed title of this feature request:

Support for machinesets option of CBT in VMWare machinesets.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers are using Kasten K10 by Veeam and to optimize PVC Backup/Snapshot/Export Process is required to enable CBT for FCD.

OpenShift does not manage the CBT setting; this needs to be done within vSphere purely. Removing and re-adding VM's, or adding new VM's via scaling will leave the CBT settings disabled on those nodes, potentially causing the attach disk errors. To ensure consistency, all nodes added to the cluster will need to have the CBT setting enabled manually.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To have an automated way to enable this feature from machineset perspective for scaling purposes. Meanwhile, it is done manually.
