      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Agent-based Installer to support IPv4/6 dual-stack on vSphere

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

OCPBU-320 provides support for dual-stack on vSphere IPI. This RFE is to extend this support also for ABI.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers especially in Telco require support for all nw stacks (IPv4, IPv6, dual-stack) and on various infrastructures (be it baremetal, vSphere, OSP, etc). Usually customers select and stick with one OCP installation method. Telco customers, deploying OCP in disconnected environments, prefer Agent-based Installer. Currently it is possible to deploy dual-stack on baremetal with ABI. This request adds support for vSphere ABI.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
