1. Proposed title of this feature request
Warning or Information message for outdated OpenShift Command Line Interface (CLI) Version
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
If I login to an OpenShift Cluster with the cli, it would be nice if I would receive a warning in case my version of the cli is outdated.
Ideally the cli version would be checked vs. the available cli version for the openshift cluster version i am logging in to.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Users tend to forget to update their cli on a regular basis, sometimes running into problems (e.g. still using the cli from openshift 3.11 for a openshift 4.11 cluster) and then debugging problems that are related to the outdated cli version.
