we could use oc-mirror to push OCI FBC format image to registry , for `oc image info` command will hit error when used with the OCI FBC format :

      oc image info localhost:5000/home/ocmirrortest/noo/redhat-operator-index:f48f6e --insecure
Warning: the default reading order of registry auth file will be changed from "${HOME}/.docker/config.json" to podman registry config locations in the future version of oc. "${HOME}/.docker/config.json" is deprecated, but can still be used for storing credentials as a fallback. See https://github.com/containers/image/blob/main/docs/containers-auth.json.5.md for the order of podman registry config locations.
error: unable to read image localhost:5000/home/ocmirrortest/noo/redhat-operator-index:f48f6e: unable to retrieve source image localhost:5000/home/ocmirrortest/noo/redhat-operator-index:f48f6e manifest #1 from manifest list: manifest unknown: OCI manifest found, but accept header does not support OCI manifests
