MachineSet Creator Assistance
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
When creating a new MachineSet, both the UI and the CLI should offer the ability to pre-populate the template based on the current cluster.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
When creating a new MachineSet, one always has to massage one of the existing cluster MachineSets in order to get where one needs to go. Something like 90% of the information in the MachineSet definition does not change. Many of the fields cannot even be changed at all for IPI installations (security groups, cluster references, etc). 

The task of creating new MachineSets is frustrating and error-prone for administrators.
