Proposed title of this feature request: Update oc-mirror to set default minVersion to lowest available version in channel.
What is the nature and description of the request? oc-mirror should fall back to lowest version in channel if minVersion does not exist
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) Lowest available version in channel is not consistent from one channel to the next in OCP. Disconnected customers need to be able to consistently automate mirroring of images and the current design breaks that.
List any affected packages or components: oc-mirror
Customer specified 4.10.0 as minVersion and the tool did not behave as desired, but only did when 4.10.3 was specified (as this version does exist.)
