Need to change OpenShift gitops pods image pull policy 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer wants to change the Image Pull Policy of Openshift Gitops components as its set to "Always" which leads to images getting pulled all the time during node maintenance

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer wants to set the Image Pull Policy to "IfNotPresent" to reduce the network load that increases when images are pulled again.
