      1. What is the nature and description of the request?

ArgoCD Notifications already supports Rocket.Chat in its version 1.2.0 which was released in November 2021 (https://github.com/argoproj-labs/argocd-notifications/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md).  The Customer would like for this feature be included in the TP of ArgoCD Notifications.

      2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The Customer would utilised Rocket.Chat for internal communication, including notifications from the existing legacy CI/CD pipeline. The customer has started to utilise ArgoCD for deployments and would like to use the same channel for these new deployments.

      3. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

ArgoCD should be able to send notifications into Rocket.Chat channels in similar fashion as it currently can to, for example, Slack.

      4. For each functional requirement listed in question 3, specify how Red Hat
and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

Rocket.Chat configuration should work as documented here: https://argocd-notifications.readthedocs.io/en/latest/services/rocketchat/
