      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Supporting and documenting the use-case of using Azure storage drivers (File, Disk, in future possibly Blob) for storage accounts in different Azure subscriptions

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We would like to have the use-case tested, documented and officially supported

      A) Accessing Azure storage accounts hosted in different subscriptions from ARO clusters

      B) Accessing Azure storage accounts hosted in different subscriptions from on-premises clusters

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

My customer delivers Openshift platforms for their internal customers. In the corporate structure each department might have their own Azure subscription. The final objective is to allow any customer to use their own storage accounts with their applications deployed on centrally-managed Openshift platform (built as a mix of ARO and on-prem clusters)

      4. List any affected packages or components.
