1. Proposed title of this feature request

Customer penetration tests is finding the port 17697 exposed by cluster-kube-apiserver-operator could be a security concern.

While secalert has not considered this as a real vulnerability, it could be interesting to provide the possibility to configure ciphers to harden the component.
