      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      • Proactive STS Cluster Diagnosis when SRE Access is Lost

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      • Very likely related to OSD-13493 however this request would be specific to STS clusters
      • Customer is requesting to have detailed information provided automatically at the time of issue being discovered. This would include the specific issue discovered and any related documentation or KCS to help the customer resolve the problem as soon as possible. Any appropriate logs (or at least where to find the logs) related to the problem would also be helpful.
      • The case where this RFE originated specifically requested more proactive details and notifications when it came to missing STS roles.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      • At present time, the information provided in the service logs sent to customers when SRE is unable to access their cluster is quite limited. The documentation that is linked to the service log is general and vague, and may not apply to the issue at hand.
      • Having a higher level of detail provided in the service log, and potentially with more direct documentation or KCS attached to the service log, would allow resolution to occur far more quickly.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      • None
