      • Limited Support Banner Visible to Admins Only

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      • Customer feedback has made it apparent that the Limited Support banner is available to all users of the cluster, which has massive impact on the experience and confidence of users of that cluster, as it advertises issues that they do not need to be aware of. The request is to have this banner made visible to only Admin users in OCM. It will still communicate the same issue, however it will communicate it only to the users that need to know it and can make the appropriate changes to bring the cluster back into a supported state.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      • Having the Limited Support banner visible to all users of the cluster in OCM has a detrimental impact to user experience, user confidence in the environment, and user confidence in their system administration teams. This also makes users question the stability of the environment and its impact on their development projects.
