      ENV : 

      OCP: 4.11
      Red Hat Gitops operator version: 1.7.2

       

      Description of problem:
      Customer is trying to set up Argocd notifications with RocketChat.  But after setting the configuration,they are getting certificate error :

      "x509: certificate signed by unknown authority" resource=argocd/argocd-self"

      Adding the custom certificate to the configmap ”argocd-tls-certs-cm” does not help to resolve the error.
