1. Proposed title of this feature request: GCP support for local-ssd disks on MachineSet

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
MachineSet API should allow the creation of GCP instances using local-ssd as disk type

3. Why does the customer need this?
local-ssd disk types are fast SSD storage solution directly attached to the VMs. local-ssd disk speed does not depends on the disk capacity. Thus is an affordable solution for many caching storage area.
