      As a user, I should be able to use the git-resolver feature of referencing tasks when creating a pipeline. 

      This RFE is created to address this bug

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. OCPBUGS-7859 Pipeline builder does not find the referenced task within the namespace
