• Support for SOCKS5 Proxy with OpenShift GitOps

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Configure SSH access to a GIT repo from ArgoCD using the Openshift Gitops Operator through a socks5 proxy. This GIT is behind a proxy and must use ssh using socks5 proxy(http/https connections to GIT are forbidden).

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 

• need to use the git that is in the organization.
