1. Proposed title of this feature request
To be able to configure multiple Config maps for different registries as AdditionalTrustedCA in image.config.openshift.io .

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

3. Why does the customer need this?
Cu have multiple registries and developers constantly update certs for some registries they can mistakenly corrupt,delete,over-write the main mirror registry's CA.
So just want to have a separate CM for mirror registry and other registries.
