 OpenShift user and identity dependency management improvements

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
 
 OpenShift doesn't update the identity when user of the associated identity is modified/deleted

 This causes error when user tried to login in case of modification.

 The requirement is that identity should also get similarly modidifed as user is to avoid any issues.
