1. Proposed title of this feature request

RH has documentation for the ipmasq functionality but it's not working properly. It turns out this feature have never QE'd.

We already opened a bug but found out that it requires a kernel module that we do not have. The kernel module that this expects to have present (br_netfilter) isn't supportable in RHCOS/OCP.

ipmasq flag works properly.

Without this feature pod net1's interface is exposed to the external.
