    Description

      1. Proposed title of this feature request
In Developer Console, grant project access for Groups and ServiceAccounts as well

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
In the Administrator Console, it's possible to create RoleBinding for a project by specifying Group and serviceAccount. In Enterprise environment, mostly Group are being used and it's therefore handy to have this option there.

Although Developers are mostly using the Developer Console and there in the Project menu option, Project access can be specified, the subject is missing, hence limiting users to manage project RoleBinding to users only. Granting same capabilities in the Developer Console as what is available in Administartor Console would be appreciated to improve the overall Developer experience and make it easy to cretae RoleBinding in the project or serviceAccount or Group.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Developers tend to use the Developer Console only and appreciate all functionality. But having to switch to the Administrator Console to create a RoleBinding for either a Group or serviceAccount seems to be a bad idea, given that default Project access capababilites are available in the Developer Console. Hence providing a way to manage the Subject for the RoleBinding created via Developer Console would improve the overall experience and likely lots of the code already available from the Administartor view can be re-used.
