Nov 28, 2022, AWS released Elastic Network Adapter Express, which uses their SRD protocol for added network performance. https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2022/11/elastic-network-adapter-ena-express-amazon-ec2-instances/

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Free increased network performance for AWS instances that can do ENA express.

ROSA/OSD fleet would also benefit from this performance where available.
