1 Proposed title of this feature request:
--> Selecting any OCP deployment version as per the requirement from SaaS AI console. 
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
--> As of now the SaaS console for AI cluster deployment does not let you select the OCP version you want. Rather we have a couple of z-stream releases made available to select from. And this OCP version changes as we get new z-stream releases for each version.

Now when the customers want to perform Disaster Recovery, they need a similar cluster version to select from SaaS UI, and the ocp version they are looking for might not be available in the published version. To get the version they want, they have to reach out to Red Hat support and get it enabled with the help of AI engineering team.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
--> The customer should be able to select any OCP version from SaaS console in case they end up in DR situation.
