Streamline MFA with oc cli

Streamline MFA to work the following way with oc cli.

• oc login <server url>
• A pop-up window that redirects to IDP
• Login with MFA
• Redirect back to the terminal with token

This workflow will streamline the user experience and avoids unnecessary fumbling in the console/web UI.
