Add registry view in Openshift Console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

After upgrading from OCP3 to OCP4 we lost the local registry interface of the cluster. Now that all interfaces (Alertmanager, Prometheus, Grafana) are being moved to the webconsole. Can it be included?

Easy of use to see and manage local registry.
