      1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, OpenShift/Tekton Pipelines do not support native log retention/shipping of pipeline or task runs. We would like to explore a feature enhanacement for the following -
          - Ship logs GCS bucket/s so that logs can be retained for longer periods of time.
          - Provide a native way via OCP console to view these logs for debugging/analysis.

      2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Right now we do not have any option to store the logs for audit and analyze purpose. Apps teams are struggling to get logs from previous pipeline/task run.

      3. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

We would like to store the logs in GCS bucket or equailent logging tool. We would want to see the logs in native way via OCP console to view these logs for debugging/analysis.

We would also require Logs not only for those events that occur outside of the run itself.
IE, which runs succeeds, fails, timeout logs, oom logs, etc.
If a pipeline run timeouts, that should be logged somewhere?, it should be able forward that as well.

      4. For each functional requirement listed in question 4, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

Create GCS bucket and ship the logs and also validate the logs in OCP console.
