Using skopeo inside TaskRun results in a lot of zombie processes, the issue seems that it is related to skopeo itself which relies on a init system to clean up its pids, and tekton entrypoint is not being an init system.

P.S.: At the moment the only feasible way to workaround the issue is to use catatonic.
