1. Proposed title of this feature request

• Enable EFS CSI metrics for PVC usage.

 
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Provide a way to expose EFS CSI PVC/PV usage metrics to be seen in the Web UI and through scrapping metrics through service in "openshift-cluster-csi-drivers" namespace.

 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Currently, EFS CSI metrics are not exposed making users not able to see how much space is being used/consumed by their PVCs to proactively, either clean the volume, or expand it.
