oc-mirror plugin is not supported for IBM power(ppc64le) and IBM Z(s390x) architectures

      Description of problem:

      oc mirror plugin is available on x86 only. Hence cant be used to set up operators on the Disconnected cluster.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      The download link https://console.redhat.com/openshift/downloads contains only the x86 installer for oc mirror plugin. 
This is needed for the operator setup on the disconnected cluster.
The oc mirror plugin will also need to be support for the other arches ppc64le & s390x

      Actual results:

       

      Expected results:

      oc mirror plugin should be working on ppc64le & s390x arches.
