      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Add Rollout Cancel option to DeploymentConfig and Deployment drop down

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

On the Deployment Configs screen, a listing of DeploymentConfigs are available.

On each Deployment Config row, there are three vertical dots which open a drop-down with options you can perform on an individual Deployment Config.

For example, currently available options are "Edit Pod count", "Start rollout", and "Pause rollouts".

The request is to add "Cancel rollout" to this list which would essentially execute "oc rollout cancel dc/<deploymentConfigName>".

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

When a rollout is started from the OpenShift console, the only option to cancel it is to use the CLI. As it's is currently possible to execute different actions for the DeploymentConfig rollout, it would be useful to be also available to cancel the rollout.

Also, add the same functionality to the Deployment.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      OpenShift console
