Native OCP Log forwarding Integration with Azure Log Analytics

Customer would want to send OCP logs to an external native logging solution provided by Azure. Azure provides Azure log analytics as the logStore, customer would like to send OCP logs to Azure Log analytics so they can view these logs in Azure Log Analytics.
