Description

Add support for StorageCluster and Storage Policies to machine-api-operator.
This would specifically help when using vSAN to specify e.g.

different RAID Level
seperate Encryption policy
different stripe settings

StorageCluster support would help when having multiple datastores that cannot grow larger then 64TB or different storage systems

Would help a lot for a easier config of VMs.
