Add kubernetes.core.k8s_json_patch module to the Ansible collections in MTC

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
When using hooks during the migration, the user can run Ansible playbooks. It will be great if we had access to the kubernetes.core collection.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Modify objects once they have been imported/exported.

4. List any affected packages or components.
